1. General. The website is owned by shopnavor, located at Yehuda 2 Modi'in Israel (hereinafter: shopnavor). These terms of use regulate the relationship between the company and any person or entity browsing or making use of the website or the information contained therein (hereinafter: the "User"). The company is entitled to change the regulations from time to time; the binding version is the one published on the website at the time the action is performed, and changes shall not apply retroactively to orders already placed. The wording in the masculine form is done for convenience purposes only and refers to all genders. Product prices include lawful VAT, and the price displayed is the total price; shipping fees will be displayed separately and clearly prior to the completion of the order. Product images are for illustration purposes only. The company does not guarantee to hold all models in stock, and is entitled to offer and terminate promotions at any time.
2. Order, Acceptance, and Delivery. Placing an order on the website constitutes an offer by the customer to purchase the products. An automatic notification regarding the receipt of the order does not constitute acceptance, and the transaction is finalized upon the company's approval and the charging of the payment method. In the event of a material and obvious typographical error in the description of a product or its price, the company is entitled to cancel the order, provided that notice is given to the customer as soon as possible and the full amount paid is refunded. Payment on the website is made via credit cards or PayPal; purchase in installments is subject to the approval of the credit card company and its terms.
3. Legal Capacity. Performing an action on the website constitutes confirmation by the user ("the Customer") that they have read the regulations and agree to their provisions. Use is intended for individuals aged 18 and older. A minor requires the approval of a guardian prior to performing any action, without detracting from the provisions of the Legal Capacity and Guardianship Law.
4. Governing Law. The use of the website and any transaction performed on it shall be governed solely by Israeli law. Nothing in these regulations shall detract from the consumer's right to turn to any competent legal instance according to law.
5. Intellectual Property. The website, its content, trademarks, designs, and copyrights therein are the exclusive property of the company or of a third party that has authorized it. No part of the website may be duplicated, copied, distributed, marketed, or used to create derivative works without prior written approval.
6. Prohibited Use. The user undertakes not to make any illegal use of the website, including providing false details, violating privacy, uploading infringing or offensive content, disrupting the website's operation, automated data collection, or bypassing security measures. The company is entitled to block a user who violates these terms, without detracting from any other remedy.
7. User Account. To the extent that an account is opened on the website, the customer must maintain the confidentiality of the access details and update the company regarding any concern of misuse. The company is entitled to suspend or close an account in the event of a breach of the regulations.
8. Promotions and Coupons. Promotions, discounts, and coupons shall apply in accordance with their published terms and for the defined period, without double promotions unless stated otherwise, and are not convertible to cash. Participation in a promotion does not detract from cancellation rights under the law.
9. Reviews on the Website. The website may display customer reviews. The company will not publish fabricated reviews and will not filter reviews in a manner that misleads consumers, but it is entitled not to publish offensive content or content that violates the law. By publishing a review, the user grants the company a license to use it on the website and within its marketing channels.
10. Third-Party Links. The website may include links to external websites. The company is not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy policies.
11. Product Warranty. For electrical/electronic products over 150 NIS, a manufacturer's warranty of at least one year is provided, and a warranty certificate in Hebrew is delivered together with the product, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Regulations (Warranty and After-Sales Service). The warranty does not apply to damage that does not stem from a production defect (accident, fall, scratches, or unreasonable use). Nothing stated herein shall detract from the consumer's rights under the Consumer Protection Law and any law; in any case of contradiction, the law prevails.
12. Site Availability and Limitation of Liability. The website and its contents are offered as-is (As-Is). The company acts to ensure that the information on the website is accurate and up-to-date, but good faith inaccuracies or disruptions may occur, and the company does not guarantee continuous and faultless availability of the website. Subject to the provisions of any law that cannot be conditioned upon, the company shall not bear liability for indirect or consequential damage resulting from the use of the website or reliance on its content. Nothing stated herein shall detract from the company's liability under the law for products sold and from cogent consumer rights.
13. Referrals. The cancellation, exchange, and refund policies, the shipping policy, and the "cancel transaction" page are linked at the bottom of the website and constitute an integral part of these regulations. The privacy policy is detailed on its dedicated page.
14. Miscellaneous. Should a competent instance determine that a clause in these regulations is void or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect. The company's avoidance of enforcing a right does not constitute a waiver of it. The company is entitled to assign its rights under these regulations as part of a transfer of activity, provided that the customer's rights are not harmed.
