What information is collected and why. As part of the purchase, registration, and browsing, the customer may be requested to provide personal information (name, contact details, address, order details). There is no legal obligation for the customer to provide this information, but without the required details, it will not be possible to complete the order and provide the service. The information will be used by shopnavor.com for the purposes of: supplying products, order management, customer service, and — subject to separate consent — sending updates and marketing mailings. shopnavor.com may also collect statistical information about website usage (including browsing data, browser type, and IP address).
Transfer of information to third parties and international transfer. shopnavor.com may transfer information to third parties necessary for the operation of the business, including: PayPal, auto DS, Shopify Email and advertising and analytics platforms (Meta / Google / TikTok).
Only the information necessary for each entity to perform its role will be provided. The customer is entitled to review the information held about them, request the correction or deletion of information that is incorrect, incomplete, or outdated, and request at any time to be removed from the mailing list. Beyond what is required by law, shopnavor.com will also accommodate requests for data deletion as much as possible, subject to record-keeping obligations applicable to it by law (such as accounting documents). Requests should be submitted to shopnavor@gmail.com and will be handled in accordance with the law.
Direct mailing. A customer may demand in writing that information used to contact them via direct mail be deleted from the database, and shopnavor.com will act in accordance with the provisions of the Protection of Privacy Law.
