Shipping policy

Shipping fees will be added to the price of the items and will be charged for delivery to a single destination, even if more than one item was ordered. Once the order is placed, 1–4 business days are required for processing, and the order will be delivered within   25-30 business days at most from the date it was placed. "Business day" — Sunday through Thursday, excluding holiday eves, holidays, and official rest days. Once the shipment is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to the customer. If the product is delivered to a collection point or a locker at the customer's request — the date of delivery to that point shall be considered the final delivery date.
The products are shipped from an overseas warehouse, and delays may occur during peak seasons; in any case, the order will be delivered within  35 business days at most. It is clarified that shopnavor.com is the seller in the transaction and is legally responsible to the customer, even when the product is shipped from a supplier outside of Israel.
shopnavor.com is not responsible for any delay resulting from circumstances beyond its control (strikes, communication disruptions, security situations, force majeure), without detracting from the consumer's legal rights regarding non-delivery on time. The customer must ensure that the shipping address is entered fully and accurately; a shipment lost due to incorrect address details provided by the customer is the responsibility of the customer, without detracting from their rights under the law.
Products shipped from abroad may be subject to import taxes and fees in accordance with the law; to the extent they apply, the shipping carrier will contact the customer. This expected liability is displayed clearly before the order is completed.
