Right of Cancellation in a Remote Sale Transaction
A purchase on the website is considered a "remote sale transaction." The customer is entitled to cancel the transaction from the moment the order is placed up to 14 days from the date of receiving the product, or from the date of receiving the document containing the transaction details — whichever is later, regardless of whether the shipment has already been dispatched.
The count of days includes rest days; if the final day of this period falls on a rest day, the deadline shall be postponed to the following business day.
Extension: A person with a disability, a senior citizen (65+), or a new immigrant (Oleh Hadash) is entitled to cancel the transaction within 4 months, provided that the transaction engagement included a conversation between the business and the customer (including electronic communication). The Company (shopnavor.com) is entitled to request an appropriate supporting certificate or identification.
Method of Cancellation
A cancellation notice can be submitted in any of the following ways:
 Via the dedicated "Cancel Transaction" link on the website (shopnavor.com).
 By email to: shopnavor@gmail.com
 By phone/WhatsApp at: 050 441 8446
 By registered mail to the address: shopnavor@gmail.com
 Orally through the communication channel where the transaction was originally made.
The notice must include the customer's name, ID number, and order number. There is no obligation to provide a reason for cancellation. shopnavor.com will send the customer an acknowledgment of receipt of the cancellation notice.
Cancellation Before Shipment
If the transaction is canceled before the product has been shipped, a full refund will be processed minus lawful cancellation fees, with no requirement to return the product.
Refunds
For cancellations that are not due to a defect or non-conformance, shopnavor.com will refund the full amount paid (including shipping fees, if any) within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, using the same payment method with which the transaction was made (if paid by credit card — a credit will be issued to that specific card).
shopnavor.com is entitled to deduct a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or 100 NIS — whichever is lower. This cancellation fee covers all transaction-related expenses (including shipping, packaging, etc.), and no additional amount beyond this will be charged. The cost of returning the product to shopnavor.com, when the cancellation is not due to a defect, shall be borne solely by the customer.
Cancellation Due to a Defect or Non-Conformance
If the transaction is canceled due to a defect, a non-conformance between the product and the details provided to the customer, or any other breach of contract by shopnavor.com:
 No cancellation fees will be charged at all.
 shopnavor.com will bear the cost of returning the product.
 A full refund will be issued.
The customer is entitled, at their choice, to either a full refund or a product replacement. It is highly recommended to attach supporting documentation (such as a photo or video) when submitting the request.
Exchanges and Non-Cancellable Products
Beyond the statutory right of cancellation, shopnavor.com allows a one-time exchange within 14 days of receiving the package, subject to the product not being used beyond a reasonable fit check, and provided it is returned with its original tags attached. The cost of return shipping for exchanges (not due to a defect) is the responsibility of the customer.
Clarification: These conditions apply solely to the voluntary exchange benefit. The statutory right of cancellation by law is not conditioned upon original packaging or tags, provided that no use has been made of the product exceeding a reasonable inspection.
In accordance with Section 14C(d) of the Consumer Protection Law, the right of cancellation does not apply, among other things, to:
 Perishable goods.
 Products manufactured specifically for the customer according to personal customization/orders.
 Products that can be recorded, copied, or duplicated, whose original packaging has been opened.
 "Information" as defined under the Computers Law.
The mere fact that a product was purchased on sale does not negate the customer's right of cancellation.
Miscellaneous
 A store credit voucher issued due to a product return shall be valid for at least two years from the date of its delivery.
 A gift card or shopping voucher purchased for payment shall be valid for at least five years from the date of its issuance.
 shopnavor.com reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of a material error in the product description, its price, or a shortage in stock. In such an event, notice will be provided to the customer as soon as possible, and the full amount paid will be fully refunded.
